Repair Preview
- Tighten the single-sleeve chuck firmly by hand using the spindle lock, then pull-test the bit before power.
- Make one moderate controlled work test; if a sound correctly tightened bit still slips, route the chuck for service or supported replacement.
- Release the trigger, remove the battery, and remove or catch the loose bit before it can fall.
