FM-04: SAW STARTS WHEN THE BATTERY IS INSERTED OR WILL NOT STOP

Saw blade starts spinning immediately when the battery is inserted, or the saw will not stop running when the trigger is released. This is a critical safety hazard requiring immediate attention.

• Trigger has been taped, tied, or modified
