FM-07 BLADE WOBBLES, RUBS, VIBRATES, OR GRINDS

• Blade is bent, cracked, chipped, or wrong bore
• Blade, washer, or bolt is dirty or misassembled
• Blade bolt is loose
• Shoe or guard is bent into the blade path
• Spindle or bearing has side play or damage

1. A correct blade runs true, clears the guard and shoe, and produces no abnormal vibration or grinding.

1. Remove and reinstall the blade in the correct direction with clean mating surfaces, the correct outer washer, and the blade bolt securely tightened.
2. Rotate the blade by hand with the battery out and check for side rub, guard contact, a bent shoe, or spindle side play through a full revolution.
3. Perform a brief clear no-load test only if the hand check is normal; persistent wobble, grinding, or side play requires authorized spindle or bearing service.
4. Remove the battery, place the saw on a stable surface, and inspect the blade for bending, cracks, missing tips, wrong bore, or other damage; replace any suspect blade.
