FM-01: The Saw Will Not Start Or Produce Any Response

- Pressing lock-off and trigger produces no motor or blade motion - the worklight may stay dark.

• Battery pack is discharged, too hot or cold, or faulty
• Pack is not fully seated or its contacts are obstructed
• Trigger lock-off button is not fully released or is damaged
• Trigger movement is blocked or damaged
• Internal switch, controller, or motor fault

1. The saw starts normally with a latched known-good pack.

1. Release the trigger, remove the battery, and let all blade motion stop.
2. Inspect the battery rails, contacts, lock-off, and trigger for damage or loose dry debris.
3. Install a charged known-good compatible pack until it latches, then press lock-off and pull the trigger.
4. - Test at no load - if motor, blade, and worklight stay dead, keep the saw out of service.
