FM-11: Sanding disc will not adhere to the pad

A correct 5-inch hook-and-loop disc will not stay attached before the tool is started.

• Pad face is packed with dust
• Disc backing is damaged or incompatible

• Wrong diameter, attachment style, or sanding screen

1. A fresh correct disc remains fully attached before startup.

1. Remove the battery, turn the pad upward, and clean the hook-and-loop face.
2. Verify a fresh 5-inch 8-hole hook-and-loop disc, not a drywall screen.
3. Center the holes and press the disc evenly across the full pad face.
