FM-03: On/off switch travel is blocked

The dust-protected rocker will not travel to one or both marked positions with the battery removed.

• Packed dust around the switch seal
• Bent or impact-damaged rocker
• Top cover pinching the switch
• Internal switch mechanism fault

1. The rocker moves positively into I and O without binding.

1. Remove the battery and dry-brush the perimeter of the I/O rocker.
2. - Press each side lightly
3. Blow the external gap with clean dry air while wearing eye protection.
4. If normal travel is not restored, keep the tool out of service for switch repair.
