FM-04: Powered motion continues after the switch is set to O

Powered motor sound or sustained pad motion continues after O is selected and the normal brief coast-down should have ended.

• Rocker did not reach its off contact
• Dust or damage is holding the mechanism
• Electronic control is latched on
• Internal switch or wiring fault

1. After authorized correction, powered motion stops at O and the pad only coasts briefly to rest.

1. Keep the pad clear, set the switch to O, and remove the battery if it is safe.
2. Do not touch the pad or reinstall the pack while the off state is uncertain.
3. Inspect only the external rocker and housing for jammed debris or impact damage.
4. - Do not test again if off control failed
